Welcome to Simply Divine Aesthetics ("company" "we,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and treatments. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving treatments at our facility you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Our Website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the website by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or introducing harmful material (e.g., viruses or malware).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate website access if these Terms are violated.
2. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, graphics, images, logos and design, is the property of Simply Divine Aesthetics or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without prior written consent.
3. Services & Eligibility
We provide elective medical aesthetic treatments, including, but not limited to injectables, facials, body contouring, micro needling, and other skincare services.
All treatments are subject to individual suitability and may require a consultation. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the treatment is not medically advisable.
You must be at least 18 years old to receive medical aesthetics services, unless otherwise permitted by law with parental/guardian consent. A valid ID may be required.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Information on our website is for general information purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
Results vary by individual and are no guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes.
Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and conditions during consultation. Failure to disclose may increase risks, for which we are not responsible.
Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care from your medical provider.
5. Appointments, Cancellations, No-Shows, & Late Arrivals
Regarding cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals and a credit card may be required to book an appointment.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting for services.
Late cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
No-Shows
A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notification.
Clients who no-show will be charged a fee of 20% of the service cost. This fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
Late-arrivals
We ask that clients arrive on time for their appointments to ensure that all scheduled services can be completed.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
Please note that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, and we may not be able to provide the full service.
6. Payment of fees & Refunds
All cancellation, no-show, and late fees must be settled at the time of your next appointment or prior to scheduling any future appointments.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept financing through Cherry financing, Affirm, Afterpay, or Klarna, Credit cards (Discover, American Express, Mastercard, and Visa), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.
All treatment sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services.
Deposits, prepaid packages, and gift cards are non-refundable, but may be applied to other eligible services (unless prohibited by law).
7. Risks & Liability
All treatments carry potential risks, which will be explained during your consultation. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Simply Divine Aesthetics, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for complications, side effects or dissatisfaction with results when proper protocols have been followed.
Clients must follow ALL pre and post treatment instructions to minimize risks.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through the website or in person will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website and services you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. we are not responsible for their contnet, accuracy, or practices. Accessing these sites is at your own risk.
10. Client Conduct
We maintain a professional, safe and respectful environment.
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients will result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Divine Aesthetics is not liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from he use of our website or services.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simply Divine Aesthetics, its employees, contractors and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website or services.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
